The emergence of Donald Trump as the front-runner for the Republican nomination for President indicates to me the nadir in national politics in the United States of America. Just a brief perusal of this man’s personal and professional life indicates an individual who is not only narcissistic, but also sociopathic. The manner in which he treated his first two wives, the mothers of his children, is a case in point. It’s not Obama’s Fault

Bob Scheer from Truthdig just published an online article called, “One betrayal too many,” attacking President Obama and blaming him for the record number of poor who now live in the United States. I would venture to say that the title of this piece is ironic sense it evokes the emotion of loyalty. Scheer blames Obama for being too cozy with General Electric- an evil company, granted, but a major player in the global economy.
